REPOSE is a self-help and education program about anxiety, written by Noah Nguyen. It does not diagnose or treat.

What we collect. The “Ask the author” form collects your message and, only if you give it, your email. It asks nothing about your health. The “Share your scores” page is anonymous: it asks for no name, no email and no login, only a code you make up. The test pages (/en/test) store nothing and send nothing anywhere.

Who reads it. Only the author and the REPOSE team he names. We never sell or share your data. The two forms are kept in separate files and are never joined.

Where it is stored. In Google Forms, Sheets and Gmail. Google’s servers may be outside your country. By using the forms you agree to this.

How long. Up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. The monthly letter, if you asked for it, lasts until you unsubscribe.

Your choice. To see or delete your email or messages, write to repose.method@gmail.com. Anonymous scores can’t be linked to you, so we can’t find them by your name; tell us your code if you want them removed.

Under 18? Please read the book with, or talk about it with, an adult you trust, and ask them before you write to us.

In crisis? REPOSE is not a crisis service. Call your local emergency number or visit reposemethod.com/en/help.
